"decorative sail and spire" on top of the Wilshire Grand....


I was thinking it was some sort of radio tower also and those were legit guys who climb it to replace horns and stuff - they're all wearing harnesses - but I guess not unless they just didn't mention that. I don't see the harnesses attached to anything either, either artfully hidden or they just all unclipped at the top. (yikes, not me!)
